TotalEnergies Announces Dividend Increase#

TotalEnergies has declared its first interim dividend for the fiscal year 2026, setting it at €0.90 per share. This marks a 5.9% increase compared to the interim dividends paid in fiscal year 2025 and the final ordinary dividend for that year. The announcement was made in a press release following a meeting of the Board of Directors, chaired by Patrick Pouyanné, the company's Chairman and CEO.

The interim dividend will be paid in cash only. For shareholders with shares listed on Euronext, the ex-dividend date—when the stock trades without the dividend—is September 30, 2026. Payments will be made on October 2, 2026. For those holding shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the ex-dividend date is also September 30, 2026, but payments will occur later, on October 21, 2026.

Additionally, there will be a transfer freeze period between the two markets starting from September 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. New York time until the Euronext market opens on October 2, 2026.
