Introduction#

Pentair Pool has announced its plans to integrate its connected pool equipment with Pool Brain’s service management platform. This integration is expected to roll out in late summer 2026, according to a recent press release.

Benefits for Pool Service Professionals#

The integration aims to assist pool service professionals by providing them with consolidated data on pool conditions and equipment status before they arrive at customer locations. By combining Pentair Pool’s connected equipment with Pool Brain’s software, the technology will offer automated insights into equipment performance and overall pool conditions.

Greg Claffey, Senior Vice President and President of Pentair Pool, stated, "This future technology integration is designed to not only provide pool servicers with deeper insight into our connected equipment but empower them to deliver superior service to pool owners."

Planned Features#

The integration will include several features, such as automated equipment status monitoring, service planning tools, and digital access to product information and performance data. Pentair Pool aims to be one of the first manufacturers to provide equipment insights directly within third-party service platforms, enhancing the efficiency of pool service operations.

Adam Beech, founder and CEO of Pool Brain, expressed excitement about the integration, noting that their platform was designed with such future collaborations in mind. Pool Brain’s platform offers various functionalities, including chemical dosing, remote monitoring, scheduling, route optimization, billing, and customer management.

Recent Developments#

In addition to the integration news, Pentair recently announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share, marking its 50th consecutive year of increasing payouts to shareholders. The company also revised its full-year revenue forecast, now expecting an increase between 2% and 4%, down from a previous estimate of 3% to 4%. This adjustment comes amid challenges in the U.S. residential markets due to high interest rates. Analysts have responded with varied price target adjustments for Pentair shares, reflecting differing perspectives on the company's financial outlook in a changing market environment.
