Overview#

EAGLE, Idaho - The Pennant Group Inc. has taken over operations of three senior living communities located in Arizona and Wisconsin, adding a total of 194 units to its growing portfolio. This move comes as the company continues to see significant growth, with its stock price increasing by 27% over the past six months.

New Facilities#

In Arizona, Pennant has assumed control of a 100-unit assisted living facility in Glendale, previously known as Amarsi Senior Living, which will now be called Saguaro Assisted Living. In Wisconsin, the company has taken over two facilities: a 45-unit community in Neenah, now named Cardinal Lane Senior Living, and a 49-unit facility in New Franken, which will be known as Harbor Haven Senior Living. All three facilities operate under triple net leases, meaning the tenants are responsible for property taxes, insurance, and maintenance costs in addition to rent.

Strategic Growth#

Brent Guerisoli, CEO of Pennant, emphasized that these transactions reflect the company's commitment to disciplined growth and operational excellence. The expansion is part of Pennant's strategy to strengthen its presence in key markets, contributing to a 36% revenue growth to $948 million over the past year.

Financial Performance#

In recent financial results, Pennant Group reported an adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.34 for the fourth quarter of 2025, surpassing analyst expectations of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter reached $289.32 million, exceeding the anticipated $275.19 million. These results underscore the company's robust financial health and performance.

Commitment to Care#

Andrew Rider, President of Pinnacle Senior Living LLC, highlighted that the company will prioritize continuity of care for residents, families, and staff during this transition. The Pennant Group operates healthcare services across 17 states, focusing on home health, hospice, and senior living communities.
