The Palantir AI OS Reference Architecture is built on NVIDIA's Enterprise Reference Architectures. It runs Palantir’s software suite, which includes tools like AIP, Foundry, Apollo, Rubix, and AIP Hub. The architecture is designed to enhance AI training and inference, featuring NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra systems equipped with eight GPUs and advanced Spectrum-X Ethernet networking.

It also caters to data sovereignty needs, allowing organizations to maintain control over their data, AI models, and applications while utilizing NVIDIA's infrastructure.
