Market Overview#

Italian stocks closed higher on Tuesday, with the Investing.com Italy 40 index gaining 1.22%. This increase was largely fueled by positive movements in the Oil & Gas, Telecoms, and Utilities sectors.

Top Performers#

Among the top gainers in the Investing.com Italy 40, Tenaris SA saw a notable rise of 3.61%, closing at 24.11. Eni SpA followed closely with a 3.59% increase, ending the day at 23.34. Stellantis NV also performed well, up 3.05% to close at 5.88.

Notable Declines#

On the other hand, some stocks faced declines. Amplifon experienced the most significant drop, losing 10.62% to trade at 8.06. Fincantieri SpA and Leonardo SpA also saw losses, declining by 2.03% and 0.75%, respectively.
