OPC Energy Ltd also performed well, rising by 5.49% or 610 points to finish at 11,730 points. Big Shopping Centers Ltd followed suit, gaining 5.02% or 3,740 points, closing at 78,180 points.

Notable Declines#

Conversely, some stocks faced declines. Ormat Technologies experienced a drop of 3.94%, losing 1,390 points to trade at 33,900 points. Tower Semiconductor Ltd fell by 2.62%, down 1,140 points to close at 42,450 points. Enlight Energy also saw a decrease of 2.42%, shedding 570 points to end at 23,020 points.

Market Breadth and Commodities#

Overall, advancing stocks outnumbered those that declined, with 290 stocks gaining compared to 183 that fell, while 78 remained unchanged on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
