FuboTV Inc. has announced plans to bring its popular Multiview feature to select LG TVs, just in time for the upcoming football season. This move aims to enhance the viewing experience for sports fans by allowing them to watch multiple channels simultaneously.
What is Multiview?#
The Multiview feature enables FuboTV users to stream up to four live channels at once. This customization allows viewers to tailor their experience according to their preferences, unlike other platforms that offer fixed multiview options. This flexibility is particularly appealing for sports fans who want to keep up with multiple games or events at the same time.
Availability on LG TVs#
FuboTV is working on making Multiview available on select LG TVs, specifically targeting 2024, 2025, and newer 4K and 8K models. This feature will be the first of its kind offered by a virtual Multichannel Video Programming Distributor (MVPD) on LG devices, setting FuboTV apart in the competitive streaming landscape.
FuboTV's Commitment to Innovation#
Since launching Multiview in 2020, FuboTV has made it available on platforms like Apple TV and select Roku devices. The addition of this feature to LG TVs highlights FuboTV's commitment to providing a personalized and engaging viewing experience for its customers.
