Crude oil prices also fell, with May delivery down 8.43% to $89.95 per barrel, and the June Brent oil contract down 8.34% to $97.54 per barrel. Currency exchange rates showed the EUR/USD remained stable at 1.16, while the US Dollar Index Futures dropped by 0.39% to 99.07.
