Evercore ISI Increases Cisco's Price Target Amid AI Growth Prospects

Evercore ISI has raised its price target for Cisco Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) from $100 to $110, while keeping an Outperform rating. Currently, Cisco's stock is trading at $91.85, close to its 52-week high of $92.92, and has seen a significant return of 58% over the past year.

AI Revenue Growth Projections#

The firm anticipates that Cisco's revenue from artificial intelligence (AI) will grow dramatically, increasing from about $3 billion in fiscal year 2026 to between $12 billion and $15 billion in the next three to four years. This represents a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 100%. A major contributor to this growth is expected to be Cisco’s Silicon One portfolio, which is designed to enhance revenue and profit margins.

Market Share and Revenue Opportunities#

Evercore ISI estimates that Cisco could capture around 10% of a silicon market worth over $75 billion. This could translate to $7 billion to $8 billion in sales from Silicon One and an additional $5 billion to $7 billion from optics revenue. The firm also projects that capital expenditures in the hyperscale sector will exceed $900 billion by 2027, with a shift towards back-end networking solutions.
