Partnership Extension#
Atos has announced the extension of its partnership with CNA, a major U.S. insurance company, through a multi-year agreement valued at approximately $500 million. This deal focuses on infrastructure and cybersecurity services, ensuring that CNA continues to receive essential support for its operations.
Agreement Details#
The new agreement spans a base term of 67 months, with options for extensions and additional services. Atos will provide a range of services, including mainframe operations, network management, digital workplace support, and cybersecurity measures. These services are crucial for maintaining the security and efficiency of CNA’s enterprise environment.
Long-standing Relationship#
This partnership has been in place for nearly a decade, highlighting the strong relationship between Atos and CNA. Michael Grunberg, head of North America at Atos, emphasized that the extension reflects the trust built over the years. Both companies have collaborated to improve services and modernize infrastructure to support CNA's long-term goals.
Atos Overview#
Atos operates in 54 countries and employs around 56,000 people, generating annual revenue of approximately €7.2 billion. Despite a recent revenue decline of 16%, Atos has seen its stock price increase by 75% over the past year. CNA, on the other hand, is known for providing commercial property and casualty insurance products across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
