Argentina's economy saw a growth of 4.4% in 2025 compared to the previous year, according to the country's statistics agency. This figure is slightly lower than the analysts' prediction of 4.45%.
Quarterly Performance#
In the last quarter of 2025, from October to December, Argentina's gross domestic product (GDP) grew by 2.1% compared to the same period in 2024. This growth was also below analysts' expectations, which had forecasted a 2.2% increase. Additionally, this quarterly growth was lower than the 2.6% growth recorded in the same quarter the previous year.

When looking at the economy on a quarter-to-quarter basis, Argentina's GDP increased by 0.6% in seasonally-adjusted terms. Seasonally adjusted figures account for fluctuations that occur at certain times of the year, providing a clearer picture of economic performance.
