Newmont and AppFolio Report Strong Results#

Newmont (NEM) saw a 1.5% increase after releasing solid quarterly results and unveiling a new $6 billion share buyback plan. The company reported an adjusted net income of $3.2 billion, or $2.90 per diluted share, up from $2.8 billion, or $2.52 per diluted share, in the previous quarter.
